Welcome to OrganoLinen! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our linen fabrics and clothing. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use our website or make a purchase if you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Linen Fabrics: We specialize in selling high-quality linen fabrics. Our fabrics are meticulously sourced and crafted to meet our sustainability standards and quality requirements.

2. Sustainability Commitment: OrganoLinen is a sustainability-first company. We are dedicated to ethical sourcing, environmentally friendly practices, and reducing our carbon footprint throughout our supply chain.

3. Returns and Exchanges:

  • 30-day window (USA & Canada): You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return or exchange. There is no restocking fee.
  • Size and fit exchanges: If the fit isn't right, we remake and ship a replacement at no extra charge, and we provide a prepaid return label. Washed or gently tried-on items are eligible for a size exchange as long as they are free from stains, tears, odors or damage.
  • Refunds: Items returned for a refund must be unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached. You pay for return shipping; we refund 100% of the product price.
  • Cut fabric and gift cards: Fabric is cut to order and can't be returned unless it arrives damaged or incorrect. Gift cards are non-refundable.

4. Bureau Veritas Certification: Our linen fabrics are Bureau Veritas certified, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.

5. Pricing and Payment:

  • Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market (USD by default) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.

6. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Most of our items are made to order and are ready to ship within 6 to 9 business days. Suits take an additional 7 to 9 days.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
  • OrganoLinen is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs once an order is in transit, but we'll always help you track it down.

7. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of OrganoLinen and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability: OrganoLinen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website.
