Mini FAQ – Everything You Need to Know About OrganoLinen Clothing
Mini FAQ
How do I get the right size?
We use AI to calculate your measurements from just a few details: height, weight, bust, waist, and hips. No tape measure needed! Our tool has a 95% accuracy rate and ensures a tailored fit that reflects your actual body, not generic charts.
Will it wrinkle?
It’s linen — so yes, but beautifully. We prewash and preshrink our fabrics so they wrinkle gently and soften further with wear. Linen’s natural charm lies in its lived-in texture! The different weight of our linen wrinkles at different volumes - the heavy linens wrinkle less for instance.
What if it doesn’t fit?
No stress! We offer free size exchanges on all made-to-order clothing: we send you a prepaid return label, remake the piece to your updated measurements and ship it at no extra charge. Prefer a local tailor? We reimburse up to 20% of the item's price against the tailoring receipt.
Returns and refunds?
USA & Canada: 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. No restocking fee. For a refund, items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging; you cover return shipping and we refund 100% of the product price. Exchanges ship back on our prepaid label.
Rest of World: Handled case by case. Message us before sending anything back.
Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How is your linen different from other brands?
At OrganoLinen, we're linen nerds (and proud of it). Here’s how our fabric and process stand out:
100% Pure Linen Only: No blends, no compromises. Our linen is made from European-grown flax sourced from Belgium, France, and Ireland — the gold standard of flax-growing regions.
Widest Range Online: We offer over 200 color options and multiple fabric weights — from breezy shirt fabrics to suiting and heavyweight options for jackets and trousers.
Premium Fabric Processing: Our spinning and weaving takes place in Southern India at trusted partner mills that follow global textile standards for sustainability and quality.
Tailored at Organo Designs Studio: Every piece is handcrafted in our own studio — the Organo Designs Studio — where expert tailors bring your garment to life, stitch by stitch. We also collaborate with a select network of artisan partners across Asia and North America for quick alterations and special orders.
AI-Powered Fit: Our AI sizing tool maps your body from minimal input, offering custom fit like no off-the-rack item ever could. We align garments to you, not the average.
In short: this isn’t fast fashion. It’s slow-stitched luxury, made just for you.
How long does it take?
Every piece is cut and sewn after you order it, which takes 6 to 9 business days (suits take 7 to 9 days more). Shipping is added on top: 5 to 9 business days standard or 3 to 5 express in the US, 9 to 15 to Canada. See our Shipping Policy.
